I tend to like my heroes a little beta (yes, despite being an avid romantic suspense reader… go figure!), so I’d have to go with the average Joe (Cade Lavelle from Nora Roberts’s ‘Carolina Moon’ or Ford Sawyer from ‘Tribute’, I’m looking at you). Of course, there’s much to be said about a fit bloke with a gun!
